  a year ago i had a rough time and posted this .

  it was a controversial topic, some people got offended by my overly boastful tone, others offered help.

  saw this video and enjoyed it.

  some terrible acting and some of the portrayals are exaggerated in my opinion but their bible vs watchtower reasonings are spot on.. i think it's produced by jeremiah films (who, i think, have a hibit of exaggerating the facts) but us ex members can tell.. https://youtu.be/xyynvk8nwb8.

  anyone on here an ex accounts servant?

  i’d be interested in a projection of what percentage of contributions come from elderly jw’s.

  i.e, money that will be diminishing over next 5 or 10 years as these ones pass on.. i estimate that in one of my previous congs 50% of the contribution totals of approximately £400 each month were being made by the over 70’s demographic.. within the other 50% were pioneers and low paid workers who put in regular but small amounts.. i guess when the accountants ring the alarm bells you start cutting the biggest costs; full time servants, buildings, printed literature.

  @Magnum My elderly father and house-cleaning mother put their pensions straight to the congregation, along with whatever they can spare from their low-wage income. Breaks my heart.

  i saw a new video on youtube the jws put out.

  it was an elder in his basement and other jws were showing up knocking with a special knock to get in.

  outside you could hear people yelling where are the witnesses.
